Please help, many broken shoes, a few broken or missing pins

A handy person from Lynn, Massachusetts says:
My dad bought a rental property as a retirement project after owning an autobody shop for 40 years. This house was a c+ flip and though lots of stuff is new, there's still a lot to be fixed. The windows all seem new but the shoe hardware is very brittle, both the metal part and the plastic part. This is Massachusetts with cold winters and hot summers.

Please help!

Hello, thank you for posting,

The original pivot shoe has been discontinued, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 pivot shoe as replacement option. This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. If you do not need to replace the springs, note that these springs are compatible with the original shoe shown.

For the pivot bar, please start by reviewing the dimensions of the 26-226 or the 26-030. Compare to the original to confirm the best fit and let me know if see any discrepancies once removed.

Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
