Thanks for reaching out to us. The 79-097 and 79-098 come to mind based on the top installation holes. However, I'm afraid we can't confirm without seeing the bottom installation holes. Have a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours. Please let us know if you notice any discrepancies.
