Please verify correct channel balance for my 3' by 3' windows (second size)

A home owner from Las Cruces, NM says:

I'm sending you two emails (and two sets of photos) because I need to order channel balances for two different sizes of windows. This second set of five photos is for the smaller windows (3' by 3'.)

The metal part on these balances measures 15" long, and they are marked 1440 BSI RO.

I think that means we need to order your 15" Series 385 Channel Balance S385-15, option 1440. Can you please verify this looks right to you? Once we know we're not ordering the wrong parts, we'll place our order to repair our 7 windows.

Thank you, Sheri

Thanks for posting, Sheri. Yes, for this particular window, you either have the S380-15 or S385-15. The only difference between the Series 380 or Series 385 is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or its measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option go with 1440.
