Pretty sure it's 351 channel balance

A quick learner from Montreal, Canada says:
Hi there,

I am wondering how you measure the depth of the shoe of the balance. I think for 351 it says the depth of the shoe is 1 and 1/8 inch, but I am not sure where you are measuring---can you please let me know? The length of my metal channel is 32 inches, and I am pretty sure that what is stamped into it is 3130 (although it's pretty hard to see---I will probably weigh the window pane). Oh the width of the channel is 5/8 inch.

Also, how long to deliver to Montreal, Canada?

Please let me know and thank you!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us. You'll want to measure the bottom shoe as shown in the image below, Also, note that the Series 351 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe while the Series 390 comes attached with a 1-1/8" deep shoe.

Shipping will also depend on what option you select at checkout since we have a few different choices.

Thank you so much---if I have measured correctly, it is 1 and 1/8 of an inch, so the 390---I will go ahead and order. Thanks again!

Actually I do have another question and perhaps you can answer. The windows this concerns consists of two sets of double hung windows with a screen in between. I find videos on how to replace the channel balances in the bottom panes but I can't find anything on the upper panes. Do they work the same way? Please let me know and thank you!!!

Yes, the replacement process for the top window sash essentially follows the same principle as the bottom sash.
