Replacement Balance

A quick learner from Oakland says:

Hello, I am looking to replace a double hung window sash balance. The balance is 36" long with the spring about 20" long, however the string is attached to something like a balance shoe. I have not been able to find a balance with this attached, please recommend a possible match, thank you.
