Replacement Channel Balance 2430Z

Hi,

I am trying to replace the Channel Balance for some aluminum windows from 1983. They have the code 2430Z on the channel balance and the metal part is 25 inches long (plastic extends beyond) and it is approximately 5/8 inch thick. If you can let me know if you have anything that approximately matches this or how I might find something to match this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Looking through the catalog I have determined that the S370-25 with the option 2430 is what I need. Thank you!
