Looking for replacement channel balances. Was looking at the Series 385, however, the weight of my window is 42 lbs, which is higher than the stamp options listed on the website.

I am looking for a quantity of (2).

I'm happy to look into this for you, but before I can I'd like you to verify the length of the metal channel. I can't quite make it out in your photo.

Would it also be possible to see a clearer picture of the pulley right where it meets the shoe? That's a bit of an odd design you have here and I'd like a closer look, just to make sure it won't cause an issue.
