Replacement Hardware for my Windows

A landlord from Fernandina Beach, FL says:

Old aluminum windows in Florida.

Need balances and latches and some keepers

My research on your site indicates my balances (for 48"x48") single hung sashes 24" Series 351 (metal channel is 24" long w/o bottom or top nylon fittings) No wings top or bottom.

Also the latches appear to be 90-031 although the pivot appears to be in line with the screw holes. On mine the pivot seems to jut out towards the upper sash a bit. See photos.

The keeper appears to be 90-114.

Your thoughts??

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to confirm which balance you'll need. Take a look at the metal channel for a number marking that determines the strength spring stamp option needed.

Unfortunately we do not carry this exact lock. The closest we carry are the 90-031 or 90-021, but I cannot guarantee they will install or line up correctly on the window sash. I apologize for the inconvenience.

The 90-114 appears to be the closest option we carry to your original keeper. As long as the dimensions match up, it should be a good fit for your window.
