Replacement Model?

A handy person from 45410 says:
My Channel Balance is 32" long 9/16" wide 5/8" deep and has non-winged plastic bottom and top guides. The stamped number is 3220DD. Trying to find correct replacement model #?

Thanks for posting. This looks like either a Series 351 or Series 390 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your hardware and let me know what matches best.

Please double-check the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments--a balance stamped 3220 is usually 33" long. If so, then you'd need either the S351-33 or S390-33, with a stamp option of 3220. Let me know if your balance is indeed 32" long, or if you have further questions.
