I need to replace the spiral balance, the plastic part and the tool to adjust the spiral balance.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your window uses tilt window spiral balances. You could either have the Series 600 that has a 5/8" diameter tube or the 3/8" diameter Series 900. You will need to measure the length and diameter of the white tube to confirm the correct series. 

At the end of the tube, there should be a colored tip that will indicate the strength of the spring needed to support the sash. If there is no coloring, you will need to weigh the window sash and compare to the strength chart on the corresponding product page to choose the correct option. 

For the pivot shoe, we will need to see the original removed from the window channel with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best fit. Thank you!
