Forgot to mention dimensions-

Center spacing for mounting holes is 4 1/4"; length fully closed from end to end is 15 3/16".

Your operator resembles the 39-239B that uses the 39-536 pivot slide to install to the track. We also carry the 39-239C stainless steel version. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit!
