Hello. I have around 15 windows that I'm trying to retrofit. Double hung, wooden sashes. Currently, the windows have 60" or 5 feet plastic & ribbed window jambs. The sashes are 32 1/4 × 31 3/4. The lock shoes are your pn 15-014. Cam pivots 17-093. The sashes are hung on springs with s hooks on top. Lock shoes on bottom. Wondering if I would be able to install your Series 751s for just the lower sash? Plan on keeping the upper sash stationary (making it a single hung window). Since there are no channel balances, not sure what Length to order? 60" long jamb... Lmk what you think. Thanks. I can send photos if needed. Regardless, I will need to purchase some more 17-093's because my pivots are all cheap plastic.

Hello,

Unfortunately, our channel balances won't make suitable replacements for the naked springs in your window. Since you're working with wood windows, a local millwork may be able to supply you with suitable replacement balances. I'm sorry that we can't assist with that part of your repair but please let us know if you have any other questions!
