Replacement drawer parts

A quick learner from Hamilton NJ says:

Hello, I'm trying to locate replacement part for my drawer. No brand markings on original. Please see photo as reference and let me know which part I need plz. NOTE: 2 of the photos show the part with broken ears/teeth that slide on drawer guide. The other 2 photos are of the exact same part from another drawer that does have not a broken part and is in its original condition, which is what I need obviously. Thanks for any help! Part number ect
