Vintage (ca. 1955?) Ware window operator

A quick learner from Elmendorf, Texas says:
Looking for replacement parts for old window operators. Only marking I can find is WARE MIAMI,FLA which is printed on the cover to the handle. I have 9 of these windows in an old building we are renovating and would like to save the windows. The operators are in varying degrees of disrepair.

Hello,

We've seen this Miami box operator in the past and we do not believe that an exact replacement is still available. Our best recommendation would be the 39-054Take a look and see if you think that this might work for your repair but keep in mind that, unfortunately, the left-handed version of this operator was discontinued and is no longer available. Thanks for posting!
