Replacement of Andersen casement operator

A home owner from Hancock, New York says:
Need to replace this Andersen casement operator. Don't know how old it is. Model # appears to 76738 (see photo) but hard to read it. There is no removable cover. It's all one piece. The box is 3-3/4" wide and 3/4" high. The arm is 9-1/2" long to where it angles toward the crank mechanism. The track on the window is 14-1/2" long.

Hey there, thanks for writing in!

Your casement operator appear to be an old Andersen operator that has been discontinued and is no longer made. To replace them, you may be able to use our 39-365 and its opposite handed version, part 39-366. You'll likely need the 39-504 track as well. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to determine if these operators would be a fit for you.
