Replacement part

Hello
I have Patriot vinyl windows. I just ordered tilt in tabs that I hope fit.
I am also looking for the parts in the attached photo. I believe the one item is called a balancing shoe. And the other is the spiral cord

Looking forward to seeing if you have these parts

Hi Joe, thank you for posting,

It appears that your window uses spiral balances. You could have either the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube or the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube. You will need to measure the length and diameter of the tube to confirm the correct replacement. 

As for the the pivot shoe, we will need to see it removed from the window with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can narrow down our selection to determine the best fit. Thank you!
