Replacement part for Milgard window

Hello,
I need help identifying the plastic part depicted in the attached pictures. It is for a Milgard single hung, non tilting window. I recently purchased two Chanel balances for this window and discovered I am missing this plastic part which sits in the channel on one side of the window. Thank you for your assistance.
