Replacement part for Window Awning Crank Operator

Hello, I'm trying to find a replacement for my window awning crank operator. It is 23 years old and was installed in 2001. It has C-11500-11 engraved on the inside handle. I measure the extension arm that connects to the window and it is 3 1/4" full length. Would greatly appreciate you letting me know if you have a replacement for it. Thanks.
