Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this operator. It was made by a company called Ashland, but I don't believe it's available anywhere any longer. Our closest possible alternative would be the 39-315. I honestly do not know if this could work for you, but review the dimensions below and see how they compare to your old mechanism. Also see the related hardware I've cited on this page. If you give this a shot, let us know how you make out.
