Top block that screws into top window side oh channel to catch top of channel slide. I

Hi there Jim.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balances depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match for your repair. 

For the 1520 stamped balance, you can select the 1520 stamp option.

For the 2220 stamped balance, you can select the 2220 stamp option.

For the 2230 stamped balance, you can select the 2230 stamp option.

For the 2530 stamped balance, you can select the 2530 stamp option.

As for the top sash guide, the 18-201 comes to mind. Have a look at the dimensions and see if they align with yours. If you note any discrepancies, please let us know!
