Replacement parts for American Craftsman 8500

A handy person from Greenport, NY says:

The window made a loud snapping noise as I was opening it. I figure the spring broke. I am enclosing these photos. I think I need 2 sides coil balance parts, 2 tilt latch's and 2 pivot shoes. I could also use weather stripping if you sell that.

Thanks for your help, Jon

Hello,

I can't be sure with the original hardware still installed but what I can make out resembles the 15-087 housing pivot, which would use the S180 coil springs, 15-086 tandem housing, and 16-031 mounting bracket.

As for your tilt latches, take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-408 shown below to yours. If you need weatherstripping as well, we may be able to help but we would need to see an end profile photo of yours uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
