Replacement patio door lock handle double lock

Need to replace a broken double hook patio door lock. Unable to identify type of handle and lock. Placed on an over large patio door (approximately 95 inches wide by 79" height. Attached are pictures showing handle and lock while still installed.

Lock some times work, but then stops working again.

We unfortunately don't sell this exact mortise lock. Out of all the products in our inventory, I would say that our 82-260 is our closest and best possible match, though it's still very different. Look over its design and see what you think.
