Thanks for posting. I believe we can replace this channel balance, but it will have to be custom made due to its unique design. We'll need a little more information to get this started. The top fitting I believe is our 19-041. The bottom fitting is most likely either a 15-004 or 15-005 shoe. The difference between these two shoes is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the diagram below for reference. Measure the depth of your old balance's shoe to see which shoe matches best. Let us know what you find.

Please measure the length of the metal channel. Do not include the fittings on both ends in that measurement. There should be a stamp somewhere on the metal channels that we need to see; this tells us the calibrated strength of the balances. If there is no stamp, or its not clear, please give us the exact weight of the window sash these balances support. Finally, please confirm how many balances you need. Many thanks.
