Replacement window balance for non tilt single hung Insulate Industries Window

A quick learner from Hawaii says:

Hi,

Hi,

The metal portion of the balance is 20" long. Do you have a replacement that would work? It looks like 20" series 380 channel balance will work but wanted to confirm what you guys think? Look forward to hearing from you.

Aloha,

Brandon

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either the S380-20 that you picked out, or the S385-20, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thanks so much Tom! Got it measured and ordered the 380 series. Hope you have a great weekend.
