Thanks for reaching out! I believe you may be able to use our 82-005 Surface Mount Sliding Door Handle Assembly to replace your existing handle set. It is not an exact match for your existing handle but I do believe it should work as a suitable replacement.

Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing handle set to confirm that this is the right fit for you door.
