Thanks for reaching out! Your sliding patio door roller looks a lot like our 81-158. To determine that this is the right replacement for your roller, carefully look over the dimensions for the diagram below. This roller has a wheel diameter of 1-1/4". With that said, be sure to double check this measurement on your roller. If yours is truly 1-7/16", unfortunately, we do not carry anything in that size.

We do carry a replacement screen door bottom track, however, it is only made in a 72" length (6ft). So you may need to purchase two tracks. You'd need to cut them and install them flush with one another to fit the 92" length you need. Take a look at the dimensions to see if this might be a fit for you.

No, that won't be a problem at all; these rollers can adjust up or down when you turn the adjustment screw, which in my experience can make up for a slight difference in wheel size. As long as the difference isn't around 1/2" or more, then you should be more than okay.
