Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks like you want either the Series 380 or Series 385. The best replacement will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the photo below. I also recommend the 1440 strength option based on your stamp.

Thanks Emily ;-). I think it is the 1 3/32 ( so tiny ) version, i.e. 385 -- so I will order. My window seems to only have one, not two (on the other side) -- is that normal?

No problem! I'm happy to help. That's not normal, no. A window should have a balance on both sides. A pair of balances with the 1440 stamp can support a window sash weighing 12 to 13 pounds so you may want to weigh yours on a scale to confirm.
