Hello!

Our 15-228 pivot shoe looks similar to what you have here. I recommend you look over the specifications to ensure they match up with your old part. The 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 are the compatible coil springs. You'll have to measure the width of an old spring to determine the best match.

We'd be happy to ID the pivot bar but we will need to see a photo of it removed from the window sash.

A quick learner from Toronto says:
Hi Emily

Thank you for responding

I think series 160 is a compatible sash coil , mine is 1/2 inch width too

The shoe looks almost the same

I am searching for the plastic housing for the sash coil

Mine is double hung on each side of window housing 2 coils
On each side

Is there anything compatible that will fit my window?

If your old spring is 1/2" and is stamped with the number 9 then I recommend the 15-150D support and S160-9 9-pound coil spring. As for the pivot bar, would it be possible for us to see a photo of an undamaged version removed from the window sash? I'm afraid this one is too damaged to identify.

A quick learner from Toronto says:
Hi Emily

Here is a better photo of my existing broken pivot bar

Thanks Gabriella

Thanks so much for getting that for me, Gabriella! Our 26-241 looks similar to your old pivot bar. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
