Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the part shown in your photos. Unfortunately, we do not carry any type of balance covers but a local hardware may be able to assist you. If that part acts as a sash stop, we offer the 55-043 but the design differs from yours. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
