Sash vent stop replacement help - Mid 90's CertainTeed

A landlord from York, PA says:

I have a property from the mid 90s where almost all of the sash vent stops are either missing or damaged. According to the window locks the windows are CertainTeed.

I have attached photos of one of the stops with measurements. Can you please assist as to a replacement? Thank you.
