The full opening size is 7/16 inch x 5x16 inch. I would estimate the actual opening is 5/16x3/16

Thanks for confirming. The bad news is I don't think this corner key is made any longer--I believe it was from Simonton. Something like our 95-187 might work as a substitute, but I can't make any guarantees that it will be successful. Unfortunately there are no closer matches. I am sorry we cannot offer anything better, and let me know if you have further questions.
