Screen Patio Door Handle help.

Question

Hello I recently purchased your part # 83-002. My fault it doesn't fit. The previoulsy drilled screw holes don't line up with the 83-002 and there's no protrusion where the screw attach. Please see the photographs. My old locking handle dimensions are as follows.
Locking side = 1 3/4" wide and 4" tall.
Pull handle side = 2" wide, 4" tall and screw holes are 3 1/4" apart from center hole to center hole.

The holes already drilled into my existing door frame are somewhat larger to accomodate the protrusions from the holes in the handles. That's why the holes are larger, see pictures. Any advice on what to purchase?

Thanks for posting! Our product 83-003 should work for your door. It only uses the screws for the handles. The latch snaps in the handle finger. Please take a look and get back to us with your thoughts.
