Searching for 15 series entry guard operators complete unit

Hello,

Recently we order this product (2) 39-021 : Wood Window Crank, 9". Unfortunately it did not work for us so we returned it. I do need a 9" Wood window crank, white, left and right hand but something more study. The one we purchased did not open the window.

I was looking the Truth - 15 series entry guard operators. I would need complete units.

I am hoping you can help with this. We have tried two different openers and none have worked so far.

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to hear that your purchase did not work out for you. However, I am happy to assist with identifying the replacements you'll need.

To begin, I'll need to see photos of the original operators. I am looking to see the body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash (window).
