Hello, thank you for posting, To further review, are you able to show us the top nylon fitting of the balance? From there we can determine which series you have. We will also need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you! |

Thank you, It looks like you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. We can only provide these balances in a full inch increment. I have related the 21" length on the page of both series. It would be best to get the exact weight if possible or the spring may not support the balance. Once you have the weight, go to the product page of the length needed and compare to the strength chart under the product description to choose the spring strength stamp option. Unfortunately we do not know of local professionals in your area. I have related installation videos on the page for your review. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
