Searching for 24.4"JP Caldwell

A quick learner says:

Needing three different sizes of window balancer. They are fitting Milgard windows. On the balancers, there is printed the length and "JP CALDWELL". The 3 sizes are as such:

23.4" JP CALDWELL (4 needed)

20.3" JP CALDWELL (2 needed)

14.4" JP CALDWELL (2 needed)

All 3 sizes have the same types of ends and are 1/2" (9/16") wide.

Also, one of the clips in the top of the frame for releasing the balancer is stuck or bent so it is permanently out. I will provide pictures.

Thank you

Hello,

Thanks for posting! The balances you are searching for appear to be either the Series 380 Channel Balance with a 1" shoe or the Series 385 Channel Balance with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

Once you've confirmed the series balance needed for your replacements, you'll need to select the following lengths and stamps. You'll want to be sure to double check the length of the channel, from metal to metal, to confirm the lengths.

1. The 23 4 stamp will need to be a 24" balance with a 2340 stamp.2. The 20 3 stamp will need to be a 21" balance with a 2030 stamp.3. The 14 4 stamp will need to be a 15" balance with a 1440 stamp.

The clips appear to be the 16-002 Take Out Clip.
