Thanks for reaching out! Your balances appear to be the S765-27 channel balances, which have a screw clip attached to the top and a pivot shoe hook on the bottom. You'll need the 26-5 stamp which is rated to carry a sash weighing 17 to 23lbs. Let me know if your balances differ from ours at all.

This balance is typically used with the 15-046 pivot shoe and the 26-040 pivot bar.
