Thanks for reaching out! This part appears to be fair old and we are not certain that it's still even made. With that said, we do not have an exact match for it but our 38-056 and its opposite handed version, part 38-057 could possibly work as a replacement. 

I cannot make any guarantees but take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing lock to see if this sash lock style might work for you. Keep in mind, you'd likely need to make modifications to your window frame to install them.
