Seeking Face Mount Sash Keepers

Hi -

Looking for these sash keepers, face mounted, flush, white metal for windows that are about 15 years old. We cannot find any manufacturer markings on them.

The size of the keeper plates are 2" by 1.25"

Looking for about 24 pieces.

The actual lock/lever piece is fine and does not need to be replaced - I included the photo for reference only. We just need the keeper plates. Thanks.
