Your operator resembles the 39-031 and 39-032. Please compare the dimensions of the arms to confirm a good fit! If you need a new cover and handle, review the 39-107 and 39-114L.

For a new lock, compare the 38-144. It appears that you have an older window so I would recommend a new keeper as well as your old one may not be compatible with the new lock. Take a look at the 38-276 and 38-277.
