Semco window jamb liner

A quick learner from Kaukauna, WI says:

This part is broke and it came out of the jamb liner for a Semco window. There is a string that attaches to it and the pegs on the bottom of the window sash set into this part. Not sure what it is called but I would like to order 2 of them if you have them in stock!

Thanks for your help,

Tom

Hey Tom. This looks like a 15-233 Blue Terminal Shoe, which typically attaches to a balance like our Series 751. I advise inspecting the balance to ensure it isn't damaged; if it is, we likely can help replace it as well, but we'll need to see it removed from the window with any stamps photographed, as well as a picture of how it attaches to the top of the jamb track. We should be able to assist from there.

A quick learner from Kaukauna, WI says:

Can this whole assembly be replaced? It appears that there is another part broken on the inside although I'm not sure if it is the balance? It is too the far left and has to small wheels on it?

This what the complete assembly looks like and the part number is 24TG. Can this whole assembly be ordered?

Sure thing! We can supply this balance configuration to you as a custom order, since the 15-233 isn't a stock item. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add two of these to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.

To summarize, we'll be making you two S751-25 channel balances with a 24TG stamp. The bottom shoe will also be swapped out for our 15-233 instead.

These balances will come pre-assembled and ready to install out of the box.
