Hey there,

Thanks for posting! To identify your top sash guides, I'll need to see a photo of a front profile view of your existing guides. There are quite a few compatible with the balances you have, so the best way to identify them is by photo.

In the meantime, your balances are either the S380-33 with a 1" shoe or the S385-33 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Keep in mind, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

Once you've confirmed the series you need, you'll need to confirm the stamp option. The stamp is how we determine the weight range the balances should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash. If there are no stamps on your balances, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. There will be a chart that lists the weight ranges each stamp option can support to hold the weight of your sash.
