Side mount pivot bar

Hi, I have some broken side mount pivot bars and was looking for a replacement, purchased item# 26-402 but the pivot was too large and would not fit the T-lock balance shoe. Can you please help? Thank you!

Unfortunately, we do not carry a closer replacement option for your pivots than the 26-402. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the window manufacturer directly to see if they can supply the part that you need. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
