Thanks for reaching out! Your sash lever appears to be our Sash Release Finger Lever, part 26-235. Look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm that this is the right fit for you.

If you are looking to replace the internal latch as well, we would not be able to provide you with a replacement. If this is the case, I would recommend converting your tilt latches to a surface mount tilt latch. Take a look at the attached video for instructions on how to covert the latch to see if this would work for you.
