Slide rollers and latches

A quick learner from El Dorado, CA says:
I have no idea how old our Viking windows are(they were here when we bought the house) however we are having problems opening and closing. After removing the window we noticed some of the metal rollers are missing inside and some windows don't have them at all? Some are on top and bottom some are only bottom. In other words we have a mess haha. Also some arms on the locking mechanisms are broken.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 87-202 window roller to see how it compares to your original.

For the window lock, please take a look and compare the 90-005 sash lock. Let us know what you think!
