You have an old reverse clamp style locking handle set. We did sell this at one time but it was discontinued and is currently no longer available.

We do carry the 82-009A forward clamp style, but with the clamp facing the wrong direction I don't think this is the best pick.

Ultimately, I think our best option is going to be the 82-005. This has a hook style latch rather than a clamp, so you will have to find a way to retrofit the keeper it comes with to work on your door frame. If you can, then this will be a perfectly suitable alternative.
