Thanks for posting! Your handle set reminds me of our 82-036 9/16" Surface Mount Handle Set. Although, we are not able to provide you with a keyed version of this handle set or a way to convert it to a keyed handle. 

Take a look over the dimensions to see if this could be a fit for you.
