Sliding Glass Door Rollers

A landlord from Cochranville PA says:
I have two questions: 1. How do I determine if my 30 year old Kel-Pain sliding glass door should have top rollers? I removed the sliding panel and there are roller assemblies (less the wheels) in the top rail that look like Product code 81-022 without wheels. Should these have wheels on them?
2. Would the roller assemblies be the same for the top and bottom? I could not remove the bottom assemblies without some extra work so I just removed one of the top ones for identification. Photos attached

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we do not have a record of the rollers used on your door. For that reason, we would need to see photos of the top and bottom roller assemblies to determine if suitable replacements are available. Your photos are also distorted and seem to have multiplied the photo.

If you could show us detailed photos of the top and bottom rollers uninstalled, we can go from there. We would also need to confirm the housing height, width, and wheel diameter of both assemblies. Thank you!
