Sliding door lock needed

A home owner from Virginia says:
I need to replace a door lock for an Atrium model #719801229540. The measurements look like either the 82-259 or the 82-239 part numbers from your website. Can you tell me the difference and which one might fit my door?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. The 82-259 is simply a stainless steel version of the 82-239. I am afraid I can't cross-reference that code to a specific mortise lock, but if you send me a picture of your existing hardware I'll be happy to confirm what you need.

Thanks for the reply. Attached is a photo of the broken lock.

Thanks! That's a huge help. Seeing this photo I do believe our 82-239 is the best option for your application. You can also just use the 82-259 if you'd prefer a stainless steel option; they're identical other than that detail.

Look them over and let me know if you had any questions!
