Sliding door only numbers on picture

A quick learner from Bullhead City Az says:
My door is very hard to close and open. I can't find any bane on door to know brand. The screws to adjust won't budge u less u know how to get them to more or have a special tool. We tried spraying with silicone but still no luck

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your roller assemblies might be the culprit. Based on the information on the sticker, you have a Better Bilt patio door that goes back to 1990 to 1999. You might have the 81-090 rollers but this is just an educated guess. I recommend you remove a roller assembly to confirm the specifications align with ours.

To loosen the screws, you can use WD-40.
