Hello there. Our 23-043 or 23-198 Mirror Door Rollers look similar. Compare their dimensions to your old roller to see if one of these could work for you. One issue however is that both of these rollers have nylon wheels. Your old one appears to have a metal wheel. You could consider swapping out the wheels with roller and axle kits like our 81-266, which comes with 1-1/4" diameter wheels, or the 81-272, which comes with 1-1/2" diameter wheels.
